Meeting Room

Located in Building E with paved parking lot immediately outside the entrance.

Available for summer, April 15-October 15, and winter, October 15-April 15, use.

May be set up at capacity as 200 banquet style, 100 classroom style, or 240 theater style.

Adjacent to kitchen and restrooms.

Has dimensions of 48' x 58' for summer use.

Enclosed with wall divider in winter for a space of 40' x 39'.

The balance of the space in the winter is used by the Curling Club. A half wall divides the meeting room from the hallway, reducing, but not completely controlling the noise and making the area not secure. Since the Curling Club meets predominately after 5 p.m. in the winter, rental of the meeting room is not encouraged at that time out of respect for Curling Club activities. The room is available through the winter prior to 5 p.m.

Shares Building E with a 10,410 square foot exhibit area available in the summer only.
